Additions
New bedroom, family room, mother-in-law suite. We work with your GC or directly with you to make sure the new roof matches the old in profile and color.
Dormers
Shed dormers, gable dormers, eyebrow dormers. The roof tie-in is the highest-leak-risk part of any dormer — our flashing and underlayment work makes sure it doesn't leak in year three.
Skylights & sun tunnels
VELUX certified installer. Skylights properly installed last 25+ years. Improperly installed they leak in year five. We do them right.
Re-pitch & re-frame
Going from a low-slope shed roof to a steeper architectural pitch? We collaborate with your structural engineer to make sure the load path works.
Color & profile match
If your existing roof is mid-life, we'll match the existing color as closely as possible. If it's near end-of-life, we'll suggest a full replacement so the whole roof is one cohesive look.
Permitting
Pikes Peak Regional Building Department — we handle every permit and inspection. You don't talk to the building department; we do.
We coordinate with the rest of the build.
If you have a general contractor running the project, we slot in as the roofing sub. We coordinate with framers, siding, gutter, and finish crews. We show up when we're supposed to, leave when we're done, and don't hold the schedule hostage.
If you're owner-operating the project, we walk you through the sequence — when the roof goes on, what we need framed before we can dry-in, what the inspector will look for. No surprises.
