Tile is the signature roof of Colorado Springs' Mediterranean and Southwest homes — Broadmoor, Flying Horse, and custom estates. Concrete tile resists hail and lasts 40–50+ years; clay tile can exceed 75. Often the tile outlives the underlayment beneath it, which is the part we replace first.
Tile is heavy, so the single most important step is structural verification — confirming the framing can carry the load before a single tile goes up. We assess that up front. In hail, concrete tile holds up well; clay is more brittle and can crack in severe storms, but individual tiles are replaceable and cracked tiles are typically covered by insurance.
